Hi All
I strongly believe that meeting customer expectations is essential however we all know that some customers try tipping the balance too far in their favour at the expense of us all so we knocked together a free community tool called timewastersdatabase.com which aims to improve our knowledge of customers before engaging with them.
Maybe it's a little 'tongue in cheek' but it feels good using it, it's entirely anonymous and has helped our customer service team already.
