Hi,
I am the Customer Service Manager for a company that is rapidly growing. My main focus is to take a customer service model that was not very scalable and turn it into an organization that can quickly and accurately solve any customer problem. I plan on looking for a lot of hints on how people handle various infrastructure issues in their service organizations.
