Spectrum can’t get someone out unless a medical emergency till sat. Our bank account has been compromised. That means we can’t contact them till Monday! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

By doing so, service in attached cottage was disconnected. Spectrum should sweep the streets with poor skill as noting any conversation with customers and not noting callers and their complaints. It took two weeks to discover an unauthorized caller requested service on a phone. Calls are supposedly monitored for quality control. Only bills are their expertise so they can get a check.

I wasn’t sure how to connect all the wires I called customer service and the gentleman was very helpful. He told me what to do and everything works great. The man was pleasant and curtious.Thank sir for helping us.
