When last a complete stranger was yelling and verbally abusing me in the most disgusting manner for no other reason than because that they felt they could, then the last thing that came to my mind was viewing the situation as a ‘gift for potential customer loyalty’.
As for a learning experience, after a career spanning 30 years dealing with individuals of the same level of low intellectual and emotional capacity, the only thing I gleaned from the situation was that I pity whomever their partner is back home and that I pray I never meet them again.
