I would add this warning to your comments about live chat: Juggling several live chat customers can come with problems if your agents don’t actually take the time to read what the customer is saying or to make sure the agents answers are clear and understandable and actually address the matter at hand. You can be as polite and saccharine as you wish on live chat while still providing poor customer service.

I will not be doing business with that company ever again.
