We can all agree that training is important, and companies that have training and a customer service enablement programs in place are truly the ones that thrive. Your 8th tip was great, talking about “nightmare” or tough customers is so important. Managers should encourage their employees to have these discussions and work through why the customer may be upset and how they can fix the problem. It’s also helpful to review these difficult conversations as a team so everyone can see examples of interactions that go smoothly and tactics that are useful. This article was truly a great reminder of how necessary customer service training is, thanks, Linda!
