I especially loved the idea of the 5 ‘p’s’. Our team regularly practices customer service conversations that could take place in a variety of situations (in-person, online, or over the phone) and I’m definitely going to recommend we consider the 5 ‘p’s’ for our next practice sessions! Not only do I think they’re important to remember for face-to-face conversations, but I also think they’re important to remember for phone calls with customers. Thanks for these tips!
