I have been in the customer service world for many years. I have a book published "Quality Customer Service starts inside your Business" and I write columns for a newspaper trade publication. I am interested in the philosophy of customer service and using it to effectively train. It is a more effective method than "This is what you do....". I would like to share concepts and philosophies.
